Its divided into waves. The first wave will start at ard 5+pm.
The last wave will start when the sun already set. It will be
difficult for them to spot you since all of you are wearing helmet
and all look the same. Even if you tell them to go to your rest
point, they wont be able to find you too.
I was the first batch to do the 24km march in mainland
Singapore. Rest time varies with the time your platoon/coy takes to
reach the rest point. I suggest you to keep talking to your friends
throughout the march. The toughest part is the last few km where
most if not all will be too tired to talk.
